Saved 2 Serve is a youth group located in Hornsey N8, and was founded in 2006. It was formed for the encouragement and equipping of young people in their lives and ministry. The group is affiliated to the Gospel Centre Church which is located on Wightman Road, and is just a few miles outside of the centre of London, one of the world’s greatest cities. The learning environment is designed to encourage the youth to grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, physically and professionally. S2S youth group are part of a growing, vibrant community of believers who support and encourage one another; though many come from a Christian Church tradition, the youth group represents a variety of backgrounds. In the Church building, Pastor / leadership and young people know each other by name – and build relationships that last a lifetime.
S2S youth are encouraged to serve others, whether through a mission trip across the country or a project locally. Also the impact of the work done within the local community is also significant. The Leaders of S2S provide a broad, comprehensive curriculum designed to encourage the youth to prepare for their chosen professions. Just as importantly, the leaders instill a sound Christian foundation that will enable the young people to be bold and effective witnesses for Christ, no matter where they serve.
